Diversified Restaurant Group LLC, one of the largest Taco Bell franchisees, has opened the restaurant chain’s first drive-thru-only location in the Kansas City area.
The new restaurant, which is located just off Interstate 70 at 3030 Van Brunt Blvd. in Kansas City, is designed to prioritize rapid drive-thru service and preparation of mobile and delivery orders. The store has a dual-lane drive-thru and a late-night pickup window for mobile orders.
Although the new location has no seating, it does have a small indoor space equipped with two ordering kiosks.
“We are thrilled to launch into the new year by opening the first drive-thru-only Taco Bell in Missouri,” Kara Ramirez, vice president of operations for DRG Kansas City, said in a Friday release.
“This venture not only underscores our commitment to seamless service but also amplifies our connection with the wonderful people here.”
